Hackensack Gifts Free Parking For Holidays

HACKENSACK, N.J. – The City of Hackensack is giving away a special holiday gift – free parking.

The city announced Wednesday that it would be offering free parking along Main Street until December 27.

“To help drive business to the area, we are encouraging the owners and employees to leave these free metered parking spaces for your customers,” City Manager Ted M. Ehrenburg said.

The parking meters will be wrapped with a red bow that says, “Happy Holidays, FREE PARKING.”
